I was walking around Rustan's Makati when I chanced on this wonderful Japanese themed restaurant. It was kind of weird for me to find a restaurant inside a department store, specially one that sells FCUK, Kenneth Cole and Baby Phat among other luxury brands , but it was a welcome surprise for me because shopping can really work up a healthy appetite. In all honesty I find the food here wonderful and I think that it is even better than the Japanese place over at Shangri-La (Inagiku)

East Cafe
