Don't you just hate it if the person who's supposed to enforce the law breaks it? I know that wearing helmets is a very small thing, but they actually aprehend civilians for not following this rule. Especially in Makati, you find cops turning left on roads where you are not allowed to turn left. Nakakakinis talaga
